Letter to Bundespräsident

Dear Bundespräsident,
Article 7 of the Austrian constitution ensures equal rights for all citizens.
This constitutional right to equality was infringed upon in the examination of my application for approval for the medicament Ukrain. The highly toxic product Taxol received approval in the shortest time without any of the proofs of efficacy, safety and quality demanded of and provided by me – please see "Facts".
If you believe a one-man company should have the same rights as a large concern, I ask you to support my request in the enclosed letter to the Finance Minister Dr. Pröll to have the enclosed facts examined by the Procurator General and the Public Prosecutor's Department.
